By accessing or using the larogo platform — whether through our website at larogo.cam, our mobile interface, or any affiliated service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
larogo reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. larogo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must promptly notify larogo's Customer Support (available 24/7 via Live Chat) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You agree not to allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.
larogo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the registration appears to be in breach of these Terms.
larogo supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. All transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. larogo is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published on the Cashier page, which may be updated periodically.

In the case of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall govern in relation to gameplay outcomes; these Terms shall govern in relation to account and payment matters.
larogo makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. larogo shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical interruptions, provided such interruptions are not attributable to our gross negligence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on larogo and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
- Creating more than one account (multi-accounting).

- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or multi-player games.

larogo's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
larogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to larogo or other players.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued. Any balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure — provided it is not subject to a freeze, investigation, or forfeiture — will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to our verification procedures.
larogo may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Your continued use of larogo after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to larogo's Customer Support for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with Philippine law.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent larogo from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
